Yes, we have a drop-ship program for our wine accessories from both the Joseph Grace House Brand as well as Lifetime Brands. When you receive an order from a customer, simply place the order with us and we'll ship the product directly to your customer on your behalf. Orders need to be placed on a credit card. All you need to do is send an email to or call us at 888-382-9463 with your Order ID within 30 days from product delivery. We accept returns for any reason subject to the following conditions:

  • Product should be unused and resalable
  • There should be no alterations to the original packaging
  • All product tags should be intact
  • You should have the proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice etc.)
  • A flat 20% of the products' original value will be charged as a restocking fee to cover our shipping and repacking costs. You will receive the rest as store credit. This store credit can be applied to any item within 180 days from the date of credit issue.
