What Can Be Returned
To maintain our product standards, returns may be accepted when the following requirements are met:
The item is unused and in resaleable condition
Original packaging is intact and unaltered
All labels and tags are attached
Proof of purchase is provided (Order ID or invoice)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Replacements & Special Cases
If You Ordered the Wrong Item
If an incorrect item was ordered by mistake, return approval is at our discretion.
A **35% restocking fee** will apply to the returned item.
If Your Item Arrived Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@josephgracebrands.com within 7 days, including clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim promptly and get back to you with a solution.
Customization Errors
If there is an error on a customized order, please request a return authorization number within 7 days, and include photos for review.
Our team will follow up to resolve the issue.
Tracking Your Return
Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package back to our warehouse.
Return & Restocking Fees
A return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking.
For incorrect-item returns, a 35% restocking fee applies.
Wholesale Returns
Wholesale partners follow the same return process.

Refund Status
After your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial of the refund.
